Still my go-to place for groceries. Staff are courteous and helpful at all times. Of special note, is the in-house pizza oven and the newly expanded sushi bar. Starbucks is also located in store.

Ordered a stone oven pizza. When I walked in I noticed the counter in front of the hot counter was empty. I initially ordered a Roman pizza from the menu directly in front of the oven but was toId I needed to place the order 24 hrs in advance. When I asked what pizzas were available to order the not so friendly gentleman pointed to the other side where the hot food counter was. The placement of the menu made no sense. I had to walk around to look at menu and then had walked back to the other side to order. When I got home the pizza looked like it was haphazardly made with a piece of salami was hanging off the side. Taste was okay. Not sure I would order from there again.

Longo’s is my favourite grocery store and this location is also great. I love how organized and neat the store is. Quality is the best compared to its competitors like Lablaws and Sobeys. Staff here are supper friendly. To be honest, I’m always looking for reasons to go back to Longo’s.

The store satisfy at every level. Clean, well organized, great selection. Love it. Countless options for take out salads. Bakery look like high end cafe. Produce section is full of fresh fruits and veggies. Highly recomend this store.

My review is only for the Customer Service counter, staff name is Alisha, she is very rude, I waited for a few minutes to get her attention, as she was filling out some paperwork, she never looked up to ask me if I needed help, after a few minutes I asked if she can help me, with no words, she just looked up, I asked if she could page someone for the Flower department, then she asked, what it is that I needed, so I said I need to get what I purchased wrapped up, instead of just telling me "sure, I'll page someone" she asked if I had already paid, and I said yes, she said let me see your receipt, at this point I just walked away and saw that there is someone at the flower counter, she was very nice and wrapped me a beautiful bouquet! Alisha, if you don't like your job, just quit and move on.

The bakery team did an amazing job with my daughters birthday cake. Special thanks to Maj for her fantastic icing skills, she made the cake extra special. My daughter LOVED it when she saw it! Thank you !!
